The Volcanic Charming House captivated me with its warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff greeted me with enthusiasm and went above and beyond to provide insightful tips about the local attractions, even during inclement weather. The room offered breathtaking views of both the sea and city, perfect for those cozy mornings with coffee on the balcony. I enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, which allowed for late-night swims, a unique bonus for wintertime stays. Breakfast featured local delicacies that added a delightful touch, although I found the limited variety of vegetables a bit disappointing over my stay. The breakfast coffee improved after a new machine was introduced, but it faced some initial quality issues. The only real downside was the lack of storage space in my room, making it slightly challenging to keep things organized, but the modern design compensated for that. Overall, the stay was enriching with hospitality at its best.

The continental breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, although it tended to be repetitive. My stay was enjoyable as the rooms were modern and well-furnished, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, I found the noise from neighboring rooms to be a bit disruptive, which impacted my sleep.

The suite offered a fine sea view, making mornings a treat while sipping coffee on the balcony. Daily breakfast featured fresh, local options that kept things interesting.
The lack of staff availability at random times turned simple requests for towels into hassles, especially when they failed to replace them after being taken. Privacy issues arose from the need to keep block-out blinds closed due to a street-facing room. Lastly, some food policies felt overly strict, hindering a relaxed atmosphere and leaving me uneasy about food storage during a health incident.
